So, Oscar & Arum had lots of leverage on Tony, by Bribing him to "throw the fights" against Pacquiao & Cotto and he'll get his license back and big extra bonus bribe money "under the table".

Thats why Margarito is retired and always has a grin on his smile cause he's happily receiving bribe money pay-off money from Arum is installments over the course of many years.

Thats why Margarito does not conduct interviews, because Arum doesnt want him to release to the public that Pacquiao vs Margarito, and Margarito vs. Cotto II were FIXED FIGHTS.

Its was DelaHoya that retired Margarito by having Pac use loaded illegal gloves against Margarito in a FIXED FIGHT, and bribing Margarito (again) to throw another fight, this time against Cotto in the rematch, then have Margarito medically suspended for life due to eye problems.

Oscar hates Margarito so much.
