Dude, for all intents and purposes, you implied that you knew first hand he spent the night at the hospital and saw him there. I just realized you're location, it makes sense now, you're in Alabama, it all makes perfect sense now. Say what you will and defend all you want. He got caught, he'd been using loaded gloves, even if you could convince me that he wasn't, just seeing his failures after getting caught is enough to convince me he was nothing without his loaded gloves. He might be as you imply the greatest guy in the world outside the ring, but in the ring, he was a lowdown cheater.

And Michael Koncz stated Pacquiao DID NOT go to the hospital.

    Answer these questions:

    1. If the CSAC did MISLAY the pads, then why haven't any CREDIBLE boxing sources reported it...???

    2. Did the CSAC make the lab reports available for the public viewing...???

    3. If Capetillo & Margarito are INNOCENT, why have they not gone to greater lengths to prove it...??? They had a seasoned lawyer in Daniel Petrocelli.

    4. If the pads were MISLAID, then why didn't Arum, Margarito, Capetillo, Petrocelli use this alledged blunder to their advantage...???

    Provide something.....anything.....that supports this claim.

There have been quotes of testimony, copies of transcripts of the hearings, photographs and gifs of the methods used to try and cheat.

You have provided nothing in response.

    Nothing except "Tony told me."

Antonio Margarito denied license by California State Athletic Commission
Margarito's promoter says he will file an application for a boxing license in Texas.

4:52 p.m.: Antonio Margarito's camp was disappointed by the California State Athletic Commission's decision to not re-issue a license to the boxer.

"We're very disappointed in the decision," Margarito attorney Daniel Petrocelli said.

Margarito promoter Bob Arum said his office will file an application to gain a license in Texas on Thursday morning.

Greg Sirb of the national Assn. Of Boxing Commissions said Margarito is free to apply in any other state to fight later this year, and will likely be viewed in a more favorable light elsewhere because he has followed the ABC request to first return to California before trying to get licensed elsewhere.

California commissioners were under obvious pressure to play hardball with Margarito and hold him accountable as the CEO of his camp.

One commissioner, Chris Giza, fretted that a reinstatement Wednesday would have precedent-setting fallout encouraging other boxers in major pay-day bouts to ponder cheating.

"If you get caught, you go lie on a beach for a year like, and then come back like Margarito," Giza said.

"He took his lumps like a man," Sirb said.

4:28 p.m.: The California State Athletic Commission Wednesday denied re-licensing boxer Antonio Margarito by a 5-1 vote.

More to come soon at latimes.com/sports.

2:37 p.m.: The hearing resumed after a break for lunch. Margarito testified he once asked trainer Capetillo why he did it, and was told, "Yes, son, I did it. It was my mistake." Margarito pressed. Why? "He said, 'Don't ask me.' "

Chappelle cited the language that requires a sparring permit in California and restricts sparring with unlicensed fighters, and criticized new trainder Garcia's ignorance of the rule.

"Not only is (Margarito) in violation of the law, you're in violation of the law," she said.

12:14 p.m.: Margarito said he's throwing himself at the mercy of the commission.

"I'm guilty. These are my hands," Margarito said. "Whatever is placed on them, I am responsible for that.

"I would like to ask for another chance, to guarantee this will never happen again. Had I known there was something in those wrappings, I would never step in the ring.

"Now, I am on top of it. I am completely involved (with hand wrapping). I know this is my responsibility."

11:57 a.m.: Asked if he has previously apoplogized for the scandal, Margarito said no, and added, "I am here to make an apology to the commission and the entire boxing world for not knowing what was in those wrappings."

Margarito testified that "anything placed in the wrapping that is illegal is cheating."

He said he "did not know what was contained in these wrappings. I'm beinbg completely honest with all of you and the boxing world."

Later, he confided, "I'm guilty. These are my hands. Whatever is placed on them, I am responsible for that."

11:36 a.m.: Under questioning from Chappelle, Margarito said he has sparred in Oxnard with new trainer Robert Garcia. Chappelle said a sparring permit is required. "I did not know that," Margarito said. He said he's now training alone in Tijuana for Pacquiao.

11:11 a.m.: Daniel Petrocelli opened his remarks in Margarito's defense by saying trainer Capetillo is "solely responsible' for hand wraps case, noting the commission previously found the trainer's February 2009 testimony was "not credible."

"Of course (Margarito) denies that he didn't know, he always has," Petrocelli said. "He can't admit to something that's false. That's perjury."

10:40 a.m.: State attorney Karen Chappelle tells commission "overwhelming proof of reform" is required to reinstate Margarito.

Indeed, and he was clearly asked in that interview where he openly admitted attempting to cheat and is glad he was caught. Apparently, he accepts being suspended indefinitely yet you're claiming he's innocent and shouldn't be barred. No offense but your argument here seems to reveal severe damages in your brain. I hope that's not the case and you're only trolling.

Read my post again Read Capetillo's answer again. He admitted he made a mistake putting the pad in the wrap he NEVER said he tried to cheat. Of the mistake yes he was guilty of anything else is pure conjecture. In any case Tony Margarito never knew it was there & willingly offered to remove the wrap. This whole pantomime was started by Nazim Richardson he's done same thing before to try to get into a fighters head. Do you think Richardson knew if Mosely was juiced for that fight??? You don't seem concerned about that

Answer my question first Do you think Richardson knew that Mosely was juiced??? easy question

Neither Capetillo or Margararito EVER confessed to trying to cheat period
Capetillo said he put the pad in accidently can you prove he didn't??? He took the blame & said Margarito had no idea.
Why didn't the CSAC inspector watching the wrapping spot it?? After all he passed & signed off on the wrap. Was he cheating too??????
Tony Margarito said this... They are my hands so I must take responsibilty for what is on them I dint know but am glad I never fought with them. No one wanted harm to come to Mosely
The only deliberate cheat among the was Mosely a proven PED's abuser

That is a trick question. First off, Richardson had just been hired by Mosley after Jack Mosley was let go (again) as head trainer. I can not state whether Mosley was juiced or not, I was not in his training camp. Is there any proof that Mosley was "juiced to the gills" for that fight...??? Answer is NO.

Just look at his performance against a weight drained sick Margarito. He was full of energy a whirling dervish unstoppable. Then compare his fight next with Floyd he gassed after 3 rounds Floyd carried him. The next fight against a clubfighter Sergio Mora he was even worse he barely got a draw he was lethargic totally spent He had to be clean in those two fights. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see why.
Is there any proof Tony Margarito tried to load his gloves or has ever loaded them ??? NO Whats the difference

Again, a load of garbage that further suggests you suffer from a severe mental illness. Capatello himself admitted he tried to cheat by inserting the gauze in because he thought they shouldn't have taken that fight to begin with. He admitted he tried to cheat and was sacked for it, Concreto was also suspended because if you're mentally ill, the commission sure as hell isn't. Did Capatallo wrap Concreto's eyes before he wrapped his hands?, was he blind during the procedure if wrapping his hands(his primary tool in a Boxing match)?. You honestly want to tell us he didn't know?. The only way I could believe he didn't know is if he was proven to be mentally ******ed or proven to be blind.

Richardson caught him doing so and called him out for it, which is why Capatello was sacked permanently like a bad habit and forced to fully admitting to his deliberate mistakes. Spare me the Mosley cheating nonsense you fantasize about as you do Capatello's imaginary innocence. He passed the tests after the fight and the likes of you are now reduced to imaginary allegations.

Again, your severe mental illness is forcefully taking over.

Do you think he's going to say "I inserted it on purpose, I wanted Concreto to literally kill Mosley!". The man has a life to live and will most definitely lie to carry on his life and protect his family in the process. Try to use your nonexistent brain because this is literally reaching toxic levels of stupidity now.
