    Two of those bouts were opposite very good (Cotto) to elite (Pacquiao) opposition.

    One was against Roberto Garcia, who was never stopped in 50 fights (though I do seem to recall Tony dropping him on his ass).

    The other three came during his ill-advised comeback, he was shot to hell.
