I also recently watched it for the first time since it happend. I'm still in shock of how Pacquiao was that night. He was a machine. His punches had incredible speed and power, from all angles. He truly was a tazmanian devil. It seemed like every punch he hit Cotto with, hurt him.

 

Didn't faze Manny? Pac's ear was busted and he admitted after the fight that he was hurt by Cotto's punches but pretended that he wasn't for strategic reason. The first knockdown was nothing but the second one was the one that changed the complexion of the bout.

 

LOL Pacquiao got hurt with an uppercut by cotto when Pac was riding the ropes. Then as soon as Pacquiao turned to his left to get out of cotto's punches, Cotto landed a flush left to pacquiao's face and that wobbled Pacquiao for a few seconds. Pacquiao never showed that he was hurt but it was obvious he did for a minute. To say Pacquiao was never hurt against Cotto is ridiculous.
