Just rewatched froch v pascal..

    Funny how each clip of Froch landing a heavy blow it is behind Pascal's head. He must have some strong skull to stand up after that. Was not a "tactical" or "great" fight. Seemed more sluggish and sloppy but wars like that are exciting when you follow one of those characters.

    Its the sort of fight that has so called boxing purists in tears but fans like moi jumping for joy, knocking over my beer and thanking god i chose to watch it instead of paying £15 for khan-***an (yea i know memorable fight werent it!?) The late great Budd Shulberg often wrote of "the manly art of no defense' particarly when speaking of the also late awesome arturo gatti and thats what this fight was all about. 2 non-marquee fighters at the time sluggin it out in their 1st world title shot, if u cant appreciate the heart and chin on display there u havent got a pulse :dead All time great? Probably not but a fun fight to watch nevertheless

    It wasn't even their best fight in my estimation. I prefer Froch-Taylor and Diaconu-Pascal to this fight.

    That said, it was pretty grand.

    Edit: Adamek? ****ing guy isn't even in that division anymore!

    I think froch got pascal to fight his fight and it was great. I have to watch it again but i think I had the fight scored very closely . . . the cards were way off!

    I saw this on ITV and the ratings were huge.

    This was a great fight and what i saw from froch that night made me believe that he will win the Super 6 without question.

    Is he the best boxer in the competition. Nope. But he has a winning mentality to not quit which will take him straight to the top.
