He cannot strenghten his skull. His next and legs looked pretty thick already.

I don't think khan has that much power he is fighting people a lot smaller than him
plus he seems to put people down with flurys gomez seemed more disoranted than hurt but khans speed is very good. I still think that he leaves himself open when when throwing combos and a good counter puncher like pretty boy would hammer him

it's hard to judge khans power. most devastating knockouts happen later in fights, and most khan fights havent got past the half way stage. but it's certainly true he's never really hit someone with one punch and left them flat on the canvas. closest probably being the Medjadji win.

i'd say medium power(no greater than kotelnik) with great spead. his KO percentage does flatter him alot.

Well I think it's fair to say that at the end of Khan's career we won't need much time dedicated to the "devastating KO's" section. His power didn't trouble Kotelnik one little bit.

I don't think Khan was going for the knock out.

Khan does have power in his jab, but Kotelnik is generally not someone who goes down (just see Witter vs Kotelnik). In fact, even Maidana couldn't get him to hit the canvas.

Khan did good tonight and Kotelnik looked very frustrated through the fight. :happy
