He was shot in the 5th round right when he started to clearly lose..:nut

The worst excuse is that he fought Raheem beforehand and Raheem made him shot.

    :-(

Exactly. He was far past prime.

Nah those were one shot KOs, not a sustained beating that PAC did on Morales..

I prefer the 2nd fight because there were literally no excuses for either fighter.

The first 5 rounds picked up where the first one ended..

And the fight was dead even for me.

Quite a stretch there. Marquez has seriously never hurt PAC.

He wasn't shot he was just very weight drained... He was owning Pac until mid fight his body wouldn't co operate... Morales weight draining had finally caught up to him.. also Morales wanted a higher weight but count pacula wouldn't have it so they rematch at same weight.

Morales clearly wasn't at the weight he should be at anymore.. Good win for Pac but his fans blow it up way too much, which in return makes others claim it's not a good win.

See...I don't think EM was drained....and I always take "ring age" and their styles into consideration when assessing where they were in their physical primes.

But EM at 29 had a lot more experience than Manny at the championship level....maybe he wasn't physically at his peak, but he more than made up for his older age with the high level opposition he had over Pac at that time.
