Yup that was old Sugar Shane. But even back then he was starting to get flat footed and in love with his power. But look at the speed of hand and how quick he'd shift between southpaw and orthodox. Shanes clearly lost a step but he was beaten by the better man.
i actually see floyd as a better fighter today, very careful and reserved compared to the days when emmanuel augustus would bust up his nose or when corley could get him in trouble
nah he was much better at lightweight. Today he's just a left hooker with some lead rights thrown in.
Floyd has always been a gifted fighter,but i actually think he is in his second prime still just as talented but even smarter fighter its all come together for him at this point. Manny too no excuses for the loser after this cause all though both guys are in their early 30s both are peaking in their careers.
