    Castillo beat Floyd no doubt.

    Pacquiao beat Floyd no doubt.

The drug-ravaged inactive shot ghost of Oscar arguably beat Floyd.

    Maidana arguably beat Floyd.

Sugar ''Money'' Mac was beating Floyd until his gas tank ran dry and clearly would have beaten him if he wasn't a 0-0-0 novice.

But I just can't see a case for drained to death cadaver Canelo beating him. I had that fight 7-5 in Floyd's favour.

Exactly.. Who makes a therad disagreeing with a consensus than tells people that the onus of on them to prove them wrong. I mean he did attempt to, but no in an effective way like I told him to. Writing novels no one will read is just pointless. I'm sure there's a term for someone who just talks/writes a lot as their main form of an argument, but I don't know it, but this term would be perfect for him.

Several jabs > one hook.... You don't score someone a round based on one hook unless it was a KD or the other guy threw nothing...

lol I thought I laid it out quite well in the punch summary "novel", if you aren't able to go through and utilize that, then your reading comprehension may not be up to par.

There was another hook Canelo landed as well earlier in the round. Canelo also landed a solid jab at the beginning of the round as well. Floyd didn't land any hooks, only jabs. It was a hard round to score.

"crowd pleasing hook right on the chin"

Remember people he's talking about this slapping ineffective hook that did literally nothing.

The punch is at 8:50. Also he claims that he only landed several jabs, but you can see in slow-mo he lands a right upper and left hook which was far more effective though they were short shots.

@Dfaulds watch this if you wanted to see the crowd pleasing hook LOL.

That's pretty much how I had it. I didn't think Canelo did enough to win, but he came about as close as anyone has to beating Floyd.

Yeah no. Maidana 1, Castillo 1, and Oscar were FAAAAAAAAAAAAR more competitive. Even Augustus was more competitive. If that was as close as anyone to beating Floyd, you're completely discrediting what Castillo and Maidana did, and damn he pretty much had a perfect career with 0 close fights.

I feel if Canelo wasn't drained to death it wouldn't have been close.

It was a crowd pleasing hook if you watch the round itself the crowd reacted to that quite well. And there's another hook by Canelo at 8:39, a harder one just before that.

Btw did that "crowd pleasing hook" land right on the chin? Watch the slo-mo you can't even tell, it lands on the side of Floyd's face. It was a completely ineffective slapping hook. Right on the chin HAHAHAHA.

You mean the one Floyd returned with a far more effective right upper and left hook? That sure was a crowd pleasing shot at the end right on the chin though! Wow! I mean right on the side of his face.

I agree, it would have been even closer had Floyd not cowardly needed the 152 catchweight lol. Still, Canelo gave Floyd a very challenging fight. It's a shame the rematch never happened. Oh well.

I just completely debunked and destroyed him with actual footage, but the guy can't take a loss, lol. This is why I told you not to get into it with him. I'm a dumbass for even pulling up footage though LOL. Should've took my own advice.
