That crap was funny. Joey C was ring side all pissed off and his pops was pretty mad too. Anyways... Being that Ive only seen him fight once and he has very little experience at HW. How do you guys think he would actually do against guys like Toney, Rahman, Klit and Peters?

When he had Enzo hurt he threw a flurry of arm punches and I think only one connected. Enzo didt look that skilled either, but thats the only fight Ive seen of his too.

I think given the right preparation he'd beat Peters, Toney and Rahman, but think he might come unstuck against klitchsko.

Just rewatched Haye/Maccarinelli and Haye really keeps his left hand completely down, not just low. Also he has his right not near his cheek for a hook block, but poised sort of mid range to parry or launch the right hand, then his head movement is backwards to avoid an incoming punch, bending at the waist backwards which i thought was a no go unless you're a Roy Jones type and can somehow get away with it.

He seems really tense with that right (due to his power and thus his head-hunting) hand keeping most of his concentration and because of that it seems to (at least in the Macc. fight) affect his mobility, if he fought Klitchko with that style as he used in the Maccarinelli fight, how in the hell is he supposed to block the powerful jab/right cross combination or even the left hook/right cross attacks?

He might be able to dodge a few but the bending at the waist going backwards is going to end up getting him cut off in a corner or against the ropes and i don't see his hands down style anywhere as good as a prime Roy Jones or Pernell Whitaker. He's going to get taken out with the lazy defensive style and a less then concrete chin.

    wow.. nice break down...

I think James Toney would be able to capitalize on Haye keeping his left down and catch him with over hands right all night..

Rahman and toney are old and shots they are not even a quality win anymore.

I think anyone who may eventually keep him at the distance or avoid
being KO'ed early + with proper skills, stamina and power would beat him.
I see all of the following guys beating Haye at HW:

    - Wlad K
    - Peter
    - Brewster
    - Valuev
    - Toney
    - Vitaly K
    - Golota
    - Ruiz
    - Liakhovich
    - S Ibragimov
    - Chagaev

I bet James Toney could still puzzle him and with Toney's chin that could be a problem for Haye. But i agree that Toney and Rock have seen better days, so maybe he should take it to S. Ibragimov, or even Brewster, as for a fight with Vitali, if Vitali makes it to the Peter fight intact then maybe it'd actually happen with Haye and Vitali. I'm expecting a fluff fight to get established at heavy for Haye and we get a Toney or Rahman match up or similar, maybe Brewster, or Ruiz.
