    Hey man, about how many situps did he actually do? And did he do any other kind of workout while there at the gym? I wouldn't mind trying to tailor my workout regimen to that of a world class fighter.

    Also, did you take these pics on a digital camera or your phone? He didn't mind you were taking pics? Good pics BTW.

    He did about 300 situps. I took them with the Iphone, and did it so they wouldn't see me taking em.

    The pics look real.

    As far as the BS treadmill comments I am sure he could wear any of you guys out gut, boobs, and muffin tops. Though a lean physique is a sign of good cardio just because a man has some extra doesn't mean he does have some decent cardo.

    Funny thing is that if these guys went to fighting 4-8 rounders he would KO or school damned near every contender.
