Both fights were amazing. First i had John wining a comfortable UD 116-112 but 115-113 wouldn't have surprised me. A draw was very surprising. here were my comments prior to the fight I think i was wrong on one thing only and thats that it would be a boring fight. It wasn't an all out robbery but it was definately borderline and also the referee kept grabbing John's hand and throwing it back. what a piece of **** he must have done that 100 times even when it was totally unwarranted. I think the ref and one of the judges were from Houston and another judge was mexican. As for MArquez what can i say this confirms what I've been saying all along and thats that he is a great great fighter. Can people finally stop hating on Pacquiao now for his draw and controversial win over a legend and atg? Its rediculous. As for Juan Diaz what can i say he was slightly more impressive than I expected. I though Marquez was having trouble moving to his left even though the opening was there for him and he was getting caught for it. But after a while he figured Diaz out and proved he is really on another level. Diaz imo was a tough customer (tougher than I expected) but i always knew MArquez would beat him. Good show! As for MArquez saying he won't fight PAcquiao but Mayweather i think thats too bad! Roach always said they would like to fight Marquez at 140 if the money is right and it would obviously be. I hope Marquez changes his mind and goes for the Pac fight. Let Mayweather relax in retirement. Good fight. I had MArquez up 5 rounds to 3 before the final round. And Chris John i hope people can open their eyes tothe champion that he is. He takes a pay cut to fight in Juarez' home town with a biased ref and a judge from Houston and one Mexican judge and he showed his class. Also If this fight is anywhere but in Houston Juarez would not have gotten that amazing second wind and John would've won the championship rounds. All 4 fighters, props!
