Just saw Marquez - Diaz fight

like i said if marquez was p4p 1 and pac 2. would it be right that the best fighter in the world got knocked down 4 times by the p4p no. 2. that just dont sound right. pac is rightfully number one untill marquez beats him decisively or beats an elite top 10 fighter like cotto or mosely, not juan diaz (no disrespect a good fighter) get of the hype train and be real.

 

check the ring magazine, i think you are the one living in la la fantasy land.

 

True boxing fans make their own judgments and don't need or rely on no RING magazine.. lol that's just silly.

Marquez fans can't build Marquez up without tearing Pac down and Pac fans can't build Pac up without tearing Marquez down. It is great that you guys are such big fans of your respective boxers but it's a shame that so few of you are actual BOXING FANS who relish the fact that the careers of these two great warriors are overlapping and we have the opportunity to see them battle it out as often as possible. As close as their fights have been, ANYONE who proclaims one as being significantly superior to the other is a complete MORON and should NEVER be allowed to watch boxing again. Just sit around and beat your meats to your Pac or Marquez posters because you are NOT fight fans.

delahoya looked totally shot against forbes and yet almost all the people were picking hoya to spank pacman's ass? when pac backers used the forbes fight back then as a proof that pac can beat hoya, people just dismissed it and said pac is no steve forbes and that hoya would still KTFO pac. yeah casamayor was a great win for jmm even though he didn't looked that good against katsidis. but to say that hoya win is less means your employing some kind of double standards.

pac didn't lose to marquez on the first fight. jmm did great recovering from the 3 kds but he did not won the fight unless you gave all rounds 2-12 like divac did. i'll accept the term that pac wasn't "refined" back then but it's amazing that a young "unrefined" fighter like pac did to prime mab and jmm.

marquez fans tear into pacs resume like he is a bum when he has a better resume than marquez. im just returning the favour. once they stop all those pac fights shot fighters talk then i will give marquez credit

 

Diaz kept an amazing pace through the fight. During the first and second rounds, he basically dominated JMM. But we all should've known that Marquez would come back. Overall, it was a great performance by JMM. I would love for there to be a JMM/Pac III.

 

That same Diaz would have layed pacman out..

 

it's not hard to give jmm credit. if your a true pacfan, you should build marquez more since pac has a win over marquez. every impressive win by jmm would reflect on pac while the same could be said the other way around since jmm gave pac all he could handle. some jmm fans just need to discredit pac to bump him up the #1 spot. it's the same when some calzaghe fans are dissing out pac's opponents just to put joe at top.

 

I give pacman alot of credit. I never said I didn't.. All im saying is that Marquez is the superior fighter. Based on their resume and the way they beat their opponents, Marquez is a notch above him.
