I admit he was done, But for the elite levels. That morales can still beat up some contenders. He even manage to hit Pac hard!
What the hell are you talking about, most of those fighters Kalunya picked out were eons ago, and most of them were JMM mandatory fights that JMM had no choice but to defend against....they were the mandatory contenders....... I'm talking about big fights......not mandatories from 10+ years past..... The fights I put out were from the time Pac and JMM first fought eachother to the present......and it shows that Pac's biggest wins came against older fighters coming off of losses. .....that my friend is not what the record shows for JMM!
I like Marquez, Pac, Barrera, and Morales. I'm very grateful for the exciting rivalries and great fights they put on whenever any two would get matched up. I just wish we could have seen JMM vs. Morales back in 03/04. Its too bad Naz didn't stick around and get in the mix.
Marquez resume will never be better than barrera or morales. Althought these last couple of years marquez has won against fighters that will make his resume look better, father time will catch up with marquez. And there's no way marquez is better than pac except when it comes to bitchin'
What I said was self explanatory, you don't need superior intelligence to understand it. If you're in doubt regarding it's veracity, you can always check their records. You're such a genius my friend. I am really amazed at how you had conveniently put a limit to the scope of comparison to a few fights in order to suit your argument and tried to make it appear that such holds more water than factoring all the fights of their entire career! You can post all you're best argument as you want dude but the fact will never change that JMM has fought more old and past prime boxers than Pac.:deal
I know all u pinoy guys were mesmerized by Marquez' artistry.. I bet ya were real jealous.. Wishing pacman had those skills. lol
Naturally in his early years as a champion, JMM fought who the boxing organizations told him to fight......mostly mandatory #1 contenders.......that a few of them were in their 30's is not his problem......apparently these fighters beat other younger conteders to earn their #1 status and the right to fight the champion. I am basing my earlier post and fighter selection for both JMM and Pac since the time they became p4p'ers..... .....naturally, when a fighter becomes a p4p'er, what comes with it is a chance to fight a better caliber fighter and making big fights..... All of the fighters that Pac fought that I put down that were old, past prime, and coming off losses.....none of those fighters were mandatories for Pac......its Pac who chose to fight them...... Pac chose to fight those old past prime fighters coming off of losses. Morales coming off a loss to Raheem, Pac says I'll fight him..... Morales coming off a loss to Raheem and Pac, Pac say's "lets do it again! MAB coming off of losing wide on the scorecards against JMM, Pac say's "nah, I dont want the winner of JMM-MAB, I'll fight the loser!":rofl:rofl:yep ....and of course we know the story of a weight drained DLH coming off of losing 4 of 6 before facing Pac.......:deal Sorry, but I dont see the tendency in JMM's resume since he's been considered a P4P'er of him facing fighters coming off of losses. I dont think JMM looks at a fighter and say's "that guy is a name, and he just came off of being exposed in a losing effort, I'll fight him!" Marquez does'nt operate that way, which is why he wants the winner, not the loser, of Pac-Hatton! ......unlike when Pac chose to fight the loser of JMM-MAB!:roflhi:
