Absolutely, completely agree - the 3rd round hayemaker from Marquez was superb, it connected beautifully and reminded me of the Frazier punch on Ali in 71

You're right, bro. If you take the knockdown's out of the equation, Pac was winning the fight.. now, using your logic, if you take the knockdown's out of the equation in the first 2 fights, JMM clearly wins both fights.. so you said JMM won the third fight, so basically, using your logic.. Marquez won all 4 fights. Hey bro, thanks for your input. Gonna use this logic with other *******s.

Mate, you're missing my point completely. I was purely analysing it tactically on it's own, because for the first time tactically I thought Pacquiao was getting the better of Marquez which he never did in the first 3 fights, get me??? I don't understand why people get so damn defensive lol it's crazy the anti-Pacquiao feeling some people have.

It's not a sweeping statement to apply to all fights, of course if you take the 3 KOs from 1 Marquez wins, I'm aware of that. :patsch

It's not like I'm saying Marquez doesn't deserve the W for this fight is it?

KO aside, let's say Pac won three straight rounds (4, 5, 6). Is that enough to say Pac is better than JMM? Watch their previous fights or even Juan's fights with other fighters. He struggles at times, even really badly a certain points, but always manage to find his way back to even the score or better. You can't say JMM wasn't doing well when the fight didn't go the full 12 rds! Hell, Zab Judah was beating Floyd for 4 or 5 consecutive rounds. That doesn't mean much. JMM has never been stopped therefore you'd have to give him the benefit of the doubt.

JMM is clearly better than Pac based on the number of total rounds Juan has won including 1 KD and 1 KO. Manny is a tremendous athlete therefore he is going to make it hard for anyone to beat him, obviously. He'll have his moments but after 4 fights if he can't stop JMM, he isn't going to ever do it. Pac looked good in the 4th fight but it's not like he suddenly evolved into a much better fighter. He was as good as he can get. Only problem is he was fighting someone smarter (or better) that day.

This is the bottom line about fight 4......
Rounds 1 and 2 were fought even......
Round 3 and 4 clear for Marquez....
    Round 5 clear for Pacquiao....
Had Pacquiao survived round 6, Marquez would have won the round 10-8...

Round 1 is the swing round. Some scored for Marquez, more scored for Pacquiao.

If you give the 1st to Marquez and Pacquiao survives the knockdown, Marquez is up by three points at 57-54.

If like the official judges you score the first round to Pacquiao and Pacquiao survives the knockdown, Pacquiao is down on the official judges cards 56-55 at the end of 6 rounds.

Alot of *******s have'nt come to the realization that had Pacquiao gotten up from the knockdown in the 6th, he's behind on every official judges scorecard by a point.

Lets get this straight here. At the end of 6 rounds, Pacquiao was down on every official scorecard 56-55!:deal:bbb:bbb:bbb:bbb

Yes... and regardless Pac would have been dropped twice. But lets also not forget that even if Pac could have been saved by the bell. He would not have answered the next round as he was unconscious for more than a minute.

I thought JMM won the 1st round, 3rd 10-8, and the 4th was a close round that I gave Manny but could go either way.
