He looks like something is up.

Either he knows he's going to lose, or he knows he won't get a fair shot with refs, judges, etc.

    Anyone else watched it?

Haven't seen it, but he knows that he won't get a fair shake of course. He needs to stop or dominate Canelo to win.

No doubt about it. Unless he can KO canelo he loses this fight no matter what happens.

But even when Kellerman asked Chavez about his ability to stop Canelo he said "I never predict the KO... but I can KO him". But it was said in a throwaway manner.

It's hard to describe. It's not that he looks lacking in confidence, but more beaten before he's even started. He even spent most of the head to head berating Canelo for taking easier opponents and even said Canelo "thinks I'm an easier fight than GGG".

Chavez had the attitude of someone who thinks the fight shouldn't be happening.

Probably because he was trying to speak English.

One thing to keep in mind is that this face off was filmed in early March. JCC Jr may have had more doubts two months ago than he has now.

At least Jr was trying to speak english, they didn't have a translation on the screen when cannel spoke so had to turn it off after 3mins

I don't know... I think his attitude had more to do with the fact he was trying really hard to speak english while speaking his mind, so props to him for doing that.

He looked weird, I dont know if defeated, but looked weird. Like if he didnt want to be there.

I just watched the 24/7, and I cant help feeling some pity for him. I've trained with boxers that are "the-son-of" and I know that it is not anything pleasant, actually it's pretty disgusting to live/fight being "the-son-of".

One of my mates at the gym even stopped boxing because he couldnt handle the pressure. He came back to box once he was older, just for fun, and only then he could enjoy the sport. Kind of sad.

This, Chavez was trying his best to speak English and you could tell he struggled but still did a good job! Canelo is a prima donna that refuse to even try and I'm sure Canelo wouldn't sound very confident either if he tried to speak English...
