All the pac and floyd defenders - who have either guy beaten (in their prime) to make you think they'd stand a chance against SRR?

SRR's beaten some of the best boxers who've ever lived

Evolution is a process that takes millions of years, not a full, half or quarter century. This is something you learn in 9th grade biology, for god's sake. It might be that excess calories from a greater FOOD pool might have resulted in bigger people- this is verifiable by looking at the average size of an American to say, a Nigerian. Not evolution. People throw that word around without any proper scientific context.

    Hey, DeNiro is an ATG!

p4p, I rank him above Russel Crowe, Sly Stallone, and Denzel Washington.

You are implying significantly greater physiological change inside a century based on evolution, which believe it or not is nonsensical. You can't use 40m times as a justification for microeevolution, there are too many confounding variables. YOU stop the dumb ****. I'm a bio major and it irritates me to read the wrong usage of the word evolution. Overloading of nutrients has made the average first-world modern man bigger. That isn't evolution. Thats artificial enhancement. And it's not applicable to boxing as a martial art or sport.

    end thread.

Boxers today have access to better information about nutrition than the fighters of yester year. In addition, the changes in weigh in rules made it possible for men to fight in a lighter division than they would have under the old same day rule. None of that has any bearing on the so called "evolution" of training techniques or skill sets.

VERY few boxers have access or utilize a top tier nutritionist or conditioning coach. I can think only two teams that do: Wild Card and Klitschko. The rest don't really use advances in sport science as much as they could. Hell, what's the point of chugging PWO shakes and doing isometric exercises when you don't have a complete boxing skillset?

Creatine doesn't increase functional strength, only mass. Whey is just a soluble, convenient way to get post workout protein. A cheap alternative to a meal. It might be slightly more efficient with the right carb balance, but pwo meal works great, and is recommended in several old boxing manuals, Jack Johnson and Dempsey for example. Food has actually gotten worse, mass farming and yield farming has created veggies and fruits with decreased nutrients/mg. You have to eat more of them to get the same effect. And they're covered in poisons, steroids, and hormones.

Man, you just don't know what the **** you're talking about. That's okay. Watch some more boxing, read a little bit, then maybe you won't be such a dumbass.

Creatine is why Arnold was the Best Body Builder Ever
or was it the evolution of modern medicine?

whey is why Marion Jones looks sexy and ripped
or was it the evolution of E.P.O. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
