Hi, been a member of the forum for a long time (and a long time follower of the funny and weird pics thread!) I've been getting myself fit for the last year or so doin 5 a side and running, and have started training at a local boxing gym. Just lookin for a bit of advise on things I can be doing I between sessions to get sharper. Only doing body sparring ATM but I'm struggling with a few of the drills. I've got the attitude that il get better in time,but want to do a bit on my own to Improve. Thanks.
