Just keep at it. Boxing will keep the muscle on your frame, just dont buy into the old school "long slow runs is what you need" this will make you lose muscle if done too much. If you run, run as fast as you can for 15-20 minutes.

oh okay, thanks, cause, i do alot of condition running, like a mile jogging not nearly as fast as i can go, but now i'm gonna start sprinting more, and what foods should i eat thst are healthy and wont pack on any extra pounds, but will help build muscle?????

Not true mate, there's plenty of ways to maintain and improve stamina other than long distance running. But i do agree to some extent, it is one of the best forms of exercise for increasing stamina and burning fat. When i was still boxing i ran everyday and alternated 5 mile spartan runs with 3 mile timed runs. Ive always done the hill walking with a weighted backpack too as it builds immense stamina and endurance.

For boxing i'd reccommend running 3 to 5 miles per every day (finish with hill sprints if you chose to just do 3 miles) Tabata squats and burpees twice back to back (16 mins, although you may find this hard to finish at first and need to build up to it) and try make sure you go boxing every day and work on different stuff each session.

Its definately possible to get down to 168, just don't rush it. forget any super fast weight loss methods that get reccommended (training in sauna suits, diuretics, and the like) and just work hard and you'll get there mate. Most of us learn the hard way that there's no quick fix method to reaching our goals other than simple focus, hard work and staying motivated to train. Its a **** getting up at 5am to go do my 4 miler and circuits before work some mornings, especially in winter when its usually raining, or going to the gym after work when its the last thing i want to do, but you just have to get on with it if you want to achieve the goals you set yourself. Thats the thing of it, its so easy to say **** it i'll miss today and work twice as hard tomorrow but you need to avoid falling into this trap.
