I cant speak on behalf of anyone but myself, but it just dawned on me how ironic it is for me to come on here most Monday mornings and crack jokes at fighters and make jokes about them/their lives while I'm simultaneously getting chewed out by my supervisor for being on my phone and doing the aforementioned instead of paying attention to my manual labor job in the freezing cold. I know some of you if not many of you don't need to work manual labor to get by and probably get by quite comfortably with white collar jobs, but still -- end of the day all these guys are fighters and actually have either the balls or schizophrenic delusions to professionally step in a ring for many to see while we mercilessly critique them and their performance from the comfort/discomfort of our probably admittedly miserable jobs. To any and all fighters getting Mollywhooped, breakdancing inadvertently, or straight up faceplanting to the canvas -- respect for actually having the balls, courage, drive, and confidence to do so professionally.
What do you do for work, mate? Are you stoned? And you're better than half the forum because half the forum are unemployed dossers living in half finished basements.
local 22 labororers union -- Malden, MA. Nah not stoned, almost 3 years sobriety after being a raging heroin and crack addict and alcoholic for the better part of my life. Funniest (or not) thing is, the only drug I ever took that not only did I not love, but downright hated and would rather be sober was weed. I could shoot as much coke in a day/smoke as much crack in a day as was humanly possible and not get the least bit paranoid. One hit off a joint though -- hiding under the bed for three days.
True mate these fighters are all amazing they entertain us in a very good way. Shout out to all the fighters out there especially daddy AJ and daddy Crawford
