LOL. What about 1-2-3-4? That's one more punch added to that, and two more punches added to only 1-2.
Seriously though...What are you looking for? Some of my personal favs:
Jab (could be a faint/ or a quick punch), and then hook off the same hand. Catches a lot of people for a while.
STEP IN- 1-2-1-2-1 STEP OUT. QUICK!
Hook to the body, then hook to the head (or vice versa) off the lead hand

I have one that I never really see anybody do...I fight southpaw a lot so if I get in to orthodox stance my right hand seems to be quicker than most people. They try to charge me, and I give them a SHOVEL PUNCH to the body (it's sort of like a half uppercut for those of who don't know), and soon as I drill them in the body I run the same hand straight up, and hammer an uppercut.
If you land these two punches even at 50% power it's DEVISTATING! The shovel punch on a charging opponent will definitely crouch them over in pain, stop them, and the uppercut...Well, they won't be charging ya no more ;).
Just be careful as your right hand is gonna be low for a second, and you might get cracked in the face. As long as you land it, getting hit in the face is well worth landing that **** to the body!

You should start finding combos that fit your fighting style as you get more experience boxing. But the Combo Primenal described is very similar to one of Tyson's [ A quick Hook to the body followed by a uppercut with the same hand].

Yeah, definitely depends on what kind of style you want to do, and your physichal attributes. I used to have all kinds of crazy styles then realized I'd be so much better if I only used one. So, started looking around for fighters to emulate, and I picked Margarito/ Williams. I'm not tall like these guys are, but they don't use there height anyways. I'm usually stronger than my opponent though so I muscle in to them.
I got the uppercuts idea from Marg...If you watch him he may throw 3-4 uppercuts at once, and there devistating. Plus, if you fight like Marg you HAVE to get your conditioning up. You may take a little more punishment getting inside, but I never mind to take a few shots (I add bobbing and weaving in there a little more than he does). From Paul Williams...I took his unorthodox punching. The guy hits you EVERYWHERE! So, when i work the bag I just keep my hands going like he does...I may throw a hook to the right side of the body, and then throw another hook to the left side of the face, etc, etc..Just keep the hands going in every direction so they don't know what's coming.
Pick a fighter, or couple of fighters. Watch some videos, and start emulating them.

    Try 1-1-2... then 1-1-1-2... then try 2-3... then go 1-2-3... then 2-3-2... then 1-3... the 1-3-2...

Anything where you flow at least a couple of punches together.

Seriously, questions asking about combinations are stupid, there are pratically thousands.

If I threw a jab, straight right, left hook, right uppercut, left uppercut, right hook, straight right, left uppercut, left hook, that's a combination.

Baring that in mind, how many do you think their are?

The main ones are the 1-2 jab straight right/left, and the jab, straight right/left, left hook/right hook.
