Actually a majority believed that Pacman won the first fight despite what the JMM fans will tell you.

In fact there are more writers who scored it a draw than they scored it for JMM.

can a judge score 10-5? From the article it seems that 10-6 is the lowest score.

 

the fight could have been stop, it means 4 knockdowns.

 

after round 6, pac is leading by a point

all the next rounds could have gone either way...
rounds 7 and 10 was a clear pacquiao rounds
round 8 was a very close jmm round
round 9 was even but i give it to pacquiao since it appears that he did more damage

actually, that was in the rematch. i remember there were 3 of them there. two of them scored it 114-113jmm while the other one, 114-113pac. just goes to show that the rematch was really a very close fight. but this is all OT since we're talking about the first fight. :yep

 

i just watched the 2004 fight again and i change my score cards 114-111 for pac

i change my score in round 9, i thought manny won that round. i used to score that round to JMM but the last 4 times i watched that round, it was a clear pacquiao round

i also gave pac round 12

manny clearly won rounds 1,2,7 and 10

 

I need to watch this fight again haven't watched it in some time.But it seems like the only robbery of the two fights was this the first one.

Its a shame that the judge made the error because he took away what should have been a Pac victory.
