    Not really. Vargas clearly beating Quartey proved that he was an elite fighter and ready for ANYONE in the world. He was as ready as he ever woulda been for Trinidad IMO.

    Its not as if he was green, and being thrown to the wolves. He was a legit top 10 P4P guy going into that fight for Christ sake.

    This fight is as close as it gets anyone who has one fighter clearly winning must have watched a different fight or doesnt have a clue how to score a fight that or hes biased towards one of the fighters

    Anyone who has Vargas winning 7 rounds needs to get their eyes check. Seriously it was a great fight but there's no way in hell Vargas won 7 rounds. 1 judge had Vargas winning 8 rounds in which is bs. Wright fought Vargas fight and he outbox, outslug Vargas something nobody thought that would be possible.

    And to prove a point, Larry, Jim and Harold didn't think Vargas won the fight. And those 3 normally kiss up to Vargas.
