Just watched a few of Wladimirs fights..

Wlad has been at the top or near the top for nearly 20 years now. Incredible longevity and incredible offensive fighter in his prime. Tremendous fighter.

 

Yeah that was pretty funny sometimes to watch. Lol Although it could be frustrating at times. Manny pissed off Wlad before the 12th in the Chambers fight and then Wlad put Chambers to sleep for 5 minutes. LOL! My God... If Emanuel was still here to be the the corner for the Fury fight, we would have seen Manny even more ticked off than he was for Lewis v.s Tyson!

 

It wasn't a domination at all. He won 3 rounds out of a 12 round fight... Brewster smashed him to bits and won. He dominated Wlad.

Take away his illegal holding tactics and Haye would have knocked him spark out. He dominates with holding... not the jab , not the right hand...With Bear hugging!.

He couldn't even dominate Jennings when the NYC athletic commission forced him to fight under the rules

The novice Jennings who isn't very good had him running all over the ring and hanging on for deal life. Wladimir sucks kid. Its a fact.

 

He never produced a jabbing clinic against a half decent opponent in his life. The only guy he ever controlled with the jab was Brewster in the rematch. Whats impressive about that?
Brewster came out of the hospital after a long injury induced retirement. If i remember correctly he wasn't granted a license to box in America anymore.
The first fight was prime vs prime and Wlad was unsuccessful controlling him and keeping him on the outside using the jab.

He couldn't even keep walking stump Sam Peter on the out side of his jab in two fights. Watch Lewis shut Tua out with the jab. Tua was 10x better than Peters.
Then go watch Wlad against Peter get bounced up and down while he runs away in a chronic state of panic. The only thing that saved him from a knock out loss was the fact he desperately held onto to Peter like a scared cat stuck up a tree.
In TWO FIGHTS.
Anybody who can't out box a bum like Sam Peter and has to hold on for dear life is a total fraud.
James Toney handled Peter easier than Wlad did.. Fat, old , out of shape little James Toney....Let that sink in.

 

He did the same thing thing with brock , alot of his fights could have ended early had he used the left hook more another punch Steward thought Wlad was the best at .

 

You clearly never watched the fight in full.. Turn the highlight reels off dummy and actually watch his fights from start to end.

WK won 3 rounds -1 , 2 and 4. Round 3 was a big round for Brewster. Round 4 was the only round WK dominated. Round 5 Brewster dominated and Wlad couldn't handle any more of it . He got destroyed. Only one guy dominated that fight and it wasn't the guy the guy down on all fours kissing the canvas.

 

LoL. Rahman was shot to bits fool. To makes it worse he took the fight on two weeks notice. That old man didn't even have a training camp behind him going into that fight.
It doesn't take much to impress a Kturd does it?

Go watch Williams vs Berbick if you want to see a jabbing clinic.. Williams dominated Berbick with just a jab. He won round after round with just a jab.

Hypothetical situation - Take all Wlads tools away from him and put him into the ring with just the use of his jab. Who do you think he could beat ? There's no doubt in my mind Peters would take him out in the first round. Hell , even Leapai would get him out of there at some point.

Put Larry Homles in there against Peter with just his jab and he'd still white wash him 12 - nothing. Easily.
At 45 Holmes had nothing left but his jab and it almost won him the WBC belt against McCall. MaCall would be one of Wlads best wins , if not his best win.
Go do some homework. Wlads jab barely makes the top 10 list of HWs jabs.

 

Too boring for me. I don't consider holding skill. He should have been DQ'd against Povetkin.

 

I love watching Wlad he had a great career and most of his knockouts are awesome
