You ain't gotta worry about that. He won't make it that far. He's pretty much exposed, maybe not as bad as Golota did to Michael Grant, but he's done. Stick a fork in him.
Fury doesn't agree with his critics: "I was just hunting him down like a deer," Fury said. "I think it was a good performance."
Obviously Fury is a KO waiting to happen. Say he's 25/26 when he gets knocked out. The question to me is then: Will he be able to turn things around, go back to the drawing board, maybe get a new management and reinvent himself and come back stronger? Less bull****, less clownish posing, more dedication, more concentrated boxing. If he has the balls and determination he should be able to digest a big loss down the line. Will be interesting to see if he can.
Guess you missed the combos and body shot that caused Cunningham to take to the ropes before the ko. Fury's defence was poor, he made this fight harder for himself than it needed to be. He may well get knocked out at some point but his chin is not glass, if it was he wouldn't have got up and won the fight. The fact he has been knocked down will make him an attractive opponent for the Klitschkos. He is potentially one or two fights away from a crack at a Klitschko. Modern heavyweight boxing
I actually think Fury is better than Valuev. He's got better punching technique. I hate to say it, but he is a fan friendly fighter and I'd watch him again. He left himself open and got knocked down. He wasn't really that hurt. After the KD, he started blocking everything Cunningham threw and started asserting his size. He's actually a pretty good heavyweight. He's not very fast or very skilled, but he uses his size. He fights like an ogre and not many fighters can beat an ogre. I think he manhandles most of the heavyweights out there because of his size.
It was a glancing blow, and he was shocked more than anything. You could see he recovered almost instantly. By the fourth round he had broken Cunninghams nose and was well on the way to the KO that happened in the 7th.
He's legit. But young and reckless but he could run into a punch he would never recover from if he keeps doing Hatton's head first rush in type of boxing.
fury was sloppy, no d and no chin. he's finished as a contender the second he fights someone decent that isn't shot or a CW. Cunningham never even hurt anyone at CW, he's featherfisted, so was Pajkic evenb more so. Fury has nothing but size, he's slow and sloppy with a weak chin, how can anyone think he's got any future? He looks so sloppy it had me laughing at how goofy and uncoordinated he looks in there. David Price would body him.
He walked straight into those punches blindfolded. They hit him flush on the button and dropped him. He cleared his head and got straight up. Its far more a lack of coordination than it is a glass jaw. :think
:rofl:rofl Still makes me laugh how much you seem to think about me . . . What did I say now that made you wet your knickers?
Cmon........cmooooooooonnnnn Your a Pin fan......u r NOT allowed to discus chins EVER.:yep:yep:yep And ppl in Canada know Pajcik like ppl in Poland know the Pin and Zimnoch.:deal
they need to hurry up and put him in there with wlad or vitali. im sick of this guy. they'll knock him out with the quickness.
I'll be the first to admit I don't like his chances vs Wlad. And there is NO bigger Klitschko fan on here than me. But......the Fury who beat Johnson from bell to bell on the balls of his feet, and the Fury who took monstrous shots and rebounded to win would seriously take rounds from the 41 y/o Vitali. If Fury gets wise, and learns to defend instead of wearing his heart on his sleeve, he's gonna be force in this division and become a unified titlist in the near future. AND.......he's only 25 years old.:yep
