It was a nice preformance, but i think amir still has much to learn. Many of he's punches just landed on the gloves of kotelnik and he dosent seem to have to much power in he's punches. Anyway great fight and Congratz to Amir Khan!!!

Those pitter patter style punches will be ineffective against the toucher fighters in the 140 zone. But looked extremely mature and executed the game plan very well. Congrats Khan, look forward to seeing how he does in the next one.

Its hard to land too many clean punches against fighters like Kotelnik who pretty much cover up, sit and wait to counter

Even though I'm extremely disappointed Khan didn't do the Judah dance tonight, I must say this -- the kid has ONE HELL OF A JAB, maybe the best in the business, and he can double and triple it up.

To me that jab looks unorthodox = He hangs his left hand in the air, and the actual jab seems to come from his elbow so that it is more of a backfist - he just flicks it.

I'll make the same tiresome point- the head movement and bobbing and weaving in the eighth was something else!

Yes to me that was the highlight of the whole show - the 8th round where he displayed a lot of core strength. It was incredibly athletic.

The best part was straight after when Roach was trying his best not to smile! Awesome performance.

I'm a fan, and always will support him. But he is not ready for a Marquez, Mayweather or Pacquiao. No way.

What is the next level though? Witter (don't want a all British encounter though), Bradley, Berto - What is the next progression?

Just got back from Khan fight and he did great , he took a few risks but never put a foot wrong and is a deserved WBA Champ, a belt that Hatton would kill for...
