Many of you will feel stupid when you watch it again in one years' time and based on what you've already said, you will look stupid to the new fan digging in the archives for opinions 50 years from now. Part of Mayweathers' legend will be the desperation of his critics/haters through their bias interpretation of what is happening before their eyes.

  3. Why can't you just respect other peoples opinion? The man posted links and graphic evidence to why he believes Maidna won the fight. Sure , it may be reaching, but popular perception isn't always everything.

Oh, and Nonito Donaire is a hype job.

If you read the round by round live analysis on here you would think Floyd was dropped several times and had a face like the elephant man from the beating he was getting.

You hate Floyd which is highly understandable. He is annoying, illiterate and spouts the same **** over and over. But the rules of boxing remain the same as they always have regardless of who is in the ring. Punches to arms, thighs, back of the head are not scoring punches. Shots that are blocked, slipped and missed are also not scored.

Yes Maidana fought a great fight but if you know what you are looking for and how to score a fight. He lost by at least 3 rounds. Maidana was lucky he never had points deducted for constant fouling, at the end of the day it's a fight and if he can get away with it why not!!! But you can't score him for punches landed when he punches Floyd's baby dick!!!

There are a lot of one liners and wise ass cracks. Anyone want to go through my analysis and post some graphical counter arguments (as in fight clips) disputing this?

No offense, but I think you need to re watch these clips, and figure a way to either slow them down further maybe it's too fast for you, invest in HD, or put on some glasses. While your assessment was right that Maidana was shoulder blocking, he was blocking the chin, and thus punch landed on the temple. It Did land cleanly, and in fact landed cleaner than anything Maidana landed all night.

Disagrees with my scorecard and analysis, but I commend you for posting your analysis and indicating what your line of thought was for your scoring.

Good post (regardless of my disagreement) and you certainly put forth more effort to make it a good post than many others do.

    ****. there is no legend.

when pedjr leaves, the only people who are going to talk about him are the *****s and some people who needs a good laugh.

you still remember when pedjr retired?

nobody really talked about him except when it was apparent pac can fight at ww.

people got excited...and soon angry afterwards.:rofl

    115-113 for maidana.

Anything from 115-113 maidana to 116-112 floyd are perfectly acceptable scores, all depends on the work you preferred.

Mayweathers die hard fans seem in absolute uproar that floyd was in a fight which he could have actually lost and some people happened to have scored against him, it's actually quite funny reading how upset they are.
