    Is it crazy that I came up with a tie score? Some rounds were not clear to me so I scored them even. How the hell do I line up these things correctly?

    I thought that Castillo clearly won the first fight... while Floyd clearly won the rematch.

    I think the 12th was a very clear round for Castillo.

    By the way I saw that fight here at work with no sound on. Might have been distracted in a coulple of ocassions.

    Fights shouldn't be scored by who is doing something that is harder to do. Scoring should be based on who is causing more damage to their opponent. It would be pretty damn hard for a fighter to jump up on the top rope and walk around the perimiter of the ring like a tight rope walker but that doesn't mean he would win the round if he did it.

    Castillo's body work caused more damage than Floyd's head shots and make no mistake, Castillo did land to the head as well (although I will concede that he focused more on the body). Castillo should have gotten the decision that night.

    I took some notes down:

    Round 2 could have gone either way but I thought PBF edged it.
    Round 6: Good sense rough house tactics by castillo, floyd ineffective throughout the entire round.
    Round 7: Good bodywork by Castillo and a nice right to the jaw of Pbf.
    Round 8: Even until the pt deduction. Pbf round 10-9
    Round 11: Good work inside by castillo. They were both toe to toe that round but I thought castillo edged it.

    I wasn't a boxing fan in 2002. I started in 03' so now I am watching all the fights that I can. I've covered a lot in the little time that I've been a fan though trust me.

    I disagree. From what I remember the 12th was that Floyd was somewhat innecfective and Castillo kept forcing the action and mayweather was just trying to clinch the whole time. Yes he did land some headshots but castillo was far busier that round.

    i think he means rd 9 and 5 which he had 10-10 could have been 10-9 for JLC so it would have been 115-115

    I always try to force myself to watch it but after viewing the first 3 rounds I stop because it is so boring. When does the action pick up if at all?
