well, like i said, i don't think the wladimir fight with haye will last too long. even if wladimir is cautious, it'll only take one possible right hand from either fighter to get in trouble, so that's not the sort of fight i would say would go the distance.

vitali is not a knockout puncher, i know what his record states, but that's accumulation, that's breaking his opponents down, and yes this could be one of those fights for vitali, but i still see it going further than his brother. it should be good.

more now are thinking it's vitali that could be the easier fight because he's not as fast as his brother, and to be honest, technically he's also not as good, but he makes up for it by having a great chin, and better workrate. it seems wladimir would need certain tools from vitali to make him complete, and vitali would need certain tools from his brother to of made him more complete, so that's quite funny thinking about it like that. they're the opposite of eachother in a way.

  4. Since the inceptin of this idea of fighting a klitzscho in the cruisers, Haye has been approaching fight with so much sense and progression. Seeing Haye the heavyweight he is today is epic if you go back on youtube and watch his teenager amatuer fights.

If he can hold out for just a couple more fights he has a chance.

A Couple of lubin-induced views of last Saturday's title match. Credit to Haye but he was punching behind the head. And the fight was more competitive than people are saying; maybe Holyfield is next for Haye

Damn good point the bros needing certain tools from each other to be a near perfect fighter.

And on Vitali, he holds his left low too so I see that making haye want to engage more, getting into exchanges from time to time, thus making me think it will eventually lead to Vitali catching haye with something he wont come back from in one of those exchanges. Cause Im pretty sure Vitali's chin will hold up in that match.

I agree some of haye's shots hit behind Ruiz's head, but if you watch, once haye would land flush, most of the time Ruiz would turn his head away causing Haye to land more on the back of his head.

i actually see haye catching vitali clean on multiple amount of times early on, but i'm not sure if his stamina can hold up to the workrate of vitali. it could be haye winning the exchanges early on while vitali comes on stronger later in the fight, or it could be haye just being too quick for vitali throughout the fight. haye's stamina and durability is a concern to me.

this will be vitali's live test in a while because haye's fast, the guys vitali has recently fought are slow coming forward fighters who are much easier to pick off, david haye isn't as easy because he moves more, and is faster, which is every aging fighters worst nightmare to deal with really, and that's speed.

    Completely agree.

When it comes down to it im sure haye will take at least one more fight before he tries to have his showdown with the bro's again. Hopefully it will be against someone tall, and i know this is a stretch in the hw division, but a good workrate too would be good for his opponent to have as well.

well the talk is that haye might have to rematch valuev as it was in the contract clause. it's interesting to see what happens there. it's very hard to prepare to fight the klitschko, not only are they big, but no one in the division is as good as them aswell as as big. finding the right sparring partners is tough.
