ok first i must admit that he did win the fight. but the rel question is was it the superior skill of calslappy or was it the diminshing skill of roy that made the out come of the fight.
From what i saw it seemed more like slappy did just above enough to win, but to call it a domination is a bit far fetched.
domination comes from to equal fighter and one getting the better of the other.
I hate roy with passion and always will, but this one i must say he is a worn warrior from his battles over the years. yes he fought cops and garbage men and such but still it takes a toll.
calslap clls these guys out and made a big fuss after the fact....after the loses in bhops record....after roy is seen as past his prime...roy can't knock out journeymen now but this is the person slappy wanted to fight...
i also didnt find anything wrong with his showboating

    just my opinion

I'm an American and it's these kinds of dim-witted threads that give us a bad name in the eyes of the rest of world. 36-year old Calzaghe destroyed 39-year old Jones. And he put on a great show. And he didn't slap. If Jones can live with all the showboating he did at his prime, then he deserves to take it as well. Maybe, just maybe, as Steward remarked during the fight, Calzaghe would have given Jones a good run for his money, even at Jones' prime. Styles make fights.

In no way was this a lacy thrashing so lets not jump the gun now ..Aside the cut what damage did Joe really inflict on Jones ? Allot of Joe's shots upstairs were partially blocked ..

in a mean nothing fight joe dominantly out pitty pattered a shot jones which in turn does absolutely nothing for either mans legacy. they'll both go down in history with the same status they both had befoe this fight happened.
