Got to say, seeing Linares slumped over on his stool at the end with blood pouring out his face is one of the saddest things I've seen in boxing for a while. Demarco showed great heart coming back like that though, and I would love to see a rematch. Linares is so good to watch when he's on the ball.

Well I mean Linares look good early... it was even about mid way and the late rounds you know who it was for.

I wouldn't call that a come from behind TKO he was slowly putting a lot of pressure on Linares mid way to TKO....

I would like a rematch, but it will end the same... this time earlier.

True, the pressure seemed to get to him... it was a fantastic fight though, best of the night. Would love to see a rematch.

demarco a tough guy . he only losed to valero . i wanna see demarco fight vasquez or the winner of the rios fight . but this linares guy is legit i think that cut was really messin with him mentally with the blood all in his face like that he started exchanges shots wit demarco an all of sudden all down hill.

Don't get it twisted, Linares would have won if it wasn't for the cuts. Guy showed balls, slugging with cuts like that. Others would have gotten on their bikes.

This is also true... maybe all that blood affected his eyesight in the end?, you could tell he was panicking though just by looking at his corner in between the rounds.

I only watched the 11th round and I have to say that was an early stoppage. Linares' head wasn't flopping around (Like Castillo vs Corrales I), and he was actually ducking the last shots thrown by DeMarco. He wasn't defenseless. Bad stoppage by Caiz Sr. :nono Rematch is in order.

The 11th was a great round, Great ending, made up for the Hop-Chad and Ortiz-May situations.

he should've got on his bike to be honest. Roach gave him shitty instructions before the 11th and encouraged him to exchange...

He had no choice, there was no running as he tried and would just get caught so he was Forced into slugging to stop the pressure to his demise... Cuts are an excuse it happened because he's defense could not negate the ammount of punches Demarco was landing on Linares.

Next time same outcome, except much earlier Linares should move down to 130.. has no power here.

Linares was dominating and had a **** cutman, but credit to DeMarco for hanging in there. This undercard stole the event IMO. Cant wait to see the rematch (hopefully there is one)...

If this is true then Roach is just lucky to have Pac. Even a boxing fan can easily tell Linares to just go on with his bike or hug DeMarco at that point and win the fight.
