Just watching GGG Cinnamon II

again.. currently at the end of round 5 & I've gotta say Golovkin is clearly winning so far.. Alvarez is swinging for thin air half the time..

Gs positioning is beautiful to watch.. steps to side resets steps to side resets.. excellent shot selection too & working the jab well, Canelo has faster hands but triple G is the ring general here thus far.. really good competitive fight tho

 

6 - good round, back & forth, close but I'll go Canelo

 

7- good hard fought round again, Canelo taking the first half & triple G the second but I'll go Canelo just, as he was trying to put his foot down again in this one

 

8- tight round again, nice inside work by Canelo but overall triple Gs jab edged that one for me

 

9 - sick round that, high level skill.. GGG clearly took that one tho, landed more & threw more

 

GGG clearly looks the older fighter but he's still just staying ahead of the sharper Alvarez for the most part

 

10- War! But again triple Gs landing more, nice upper body movement from Canelo, he's made of Mexican beef alright , GGG made a big push in that round to stamp his mark on it tho

 

11- GGG looking really sharp, second wind, taunting the ginger minge, cinnamon getting a bit schooled in that one .. swinging for thin air, brilliant round for the Kazakh

 

Canelo needs a KO

12 - GGG nearly takes his head off, what an uppercut, Canelo getting ragged he's falling over lol.. Canelo rallies , finishes strong, I might just give him that

Great fight. GGG won it. Canelo gets the belts.

Ye I actually am one of the few that think the second one was wider for G.. not a lot happened in the first one in comparison to the second one
