I just think that Pacman might've bitten off more than he can chew this time. I mean at some point, the disparity in size will play a factor. This fight might be it. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if Marg beats Pacman. Marg is going to be a hungry fighter on fight night.

Pacman will have to run all fight long. He won't be able to clinch up against Marg like Mosley did.

"Run" as in stick and move, not just run and hide. He can't allow himself to get to the ropes or clinch with Marg. So he pretty much will have to box him from distance using his foot speed and hand speed.

If you trap a common ordinary rat in a corner, and threaten it's life, the little ****er will go completey insane, and try to kill you. In a sense Pac is fighting a cornered rat. Everything is on the line for Tony: his health, his safety, his reputation, his professional and financial future; EVERYTHING!

If Tony fails to win BY KNOCKOUT, the post fight story will be all about how Margarito was never that good, and ain't **** without the loaded wraps.

If Tony stops Pac, he's back on top. He's an instant super star, and on his way to making millions over the next couple years.

I think the circumstances make Antonio Margarito a very dangerous man.

Just watched Pac vs Cotto last night and even in rounds that Pacquiao dropped cotto, Miguel was winning the rounds up until the KD.... also lets look at this catch weight BS, I never really argued that it was a way of cheating but in a sense it is, obviously the catch weight is not really requested becuase Manny is a small guy its requested becuase Roach knows what taking that weight off can do to a fighter....
Mannys Knock outs over welter weights all came at catch weights, DLH and against Cotto, Clottey came in at the limit and made it the distance...
just an observation.... However I think Margaritos chances are good here if he has anything left the only question is did Mosley take what he had out of him? obviously he will be ready to fight he already looks ready to go....
if Margarito can keep his hands up and pressure manny as he did miguel the fight will look similar... his height is going to make it very hard for manny to nail him with them lead left hands and right hooks.... I like Tonys chances here.

No way does Pacquiao hit harder than Mosley punch for punch. Mosley was KO guys as big if not bigger than Margs at junior welter, so unless Pac gets a big KO (ala Hatton) I wouldn't believe it.

Pac, however, is a cleaner puncher and relies on landing multiple punches rather than big bombs, even going back to the lower weights. Mosley used to land bombs at lightweight.

The last time Margo came into a fight being an underdog of this size... Look what happened (plaster wraps or not).

To me it's obvious Pacquiao will win this fight, if Cotto could outbox Margo for the majority of their fight, i can't imagine Pacquiao doing anything else. Fair enough Margo eventually caught up with Cotto, but then this is where the "where his handwraps illegal?" come's into play.

All these "what if's" and the "well Margo has this and that advantage" is just bull**** hype to lure people into believeing this will be a close fight. I was daft enough to believe all the hype and "what if's" in the build up to Cotto v Pacquiao to the point where i actually believed Cotto was going to win (i was predicting Pacquiao to before i was brainwashed by the hype), but i won't allow to be pulled into it again.

I don't think Pacquiao will KO Margo, but he should comfortably outpoint him

yeah margacheato did the drunk man dance but he was never hurt lol. the way he was knocked out when the towel went in was fantastic lol. he was exhausted from being battered in the last part of the previous round. he was done at that stage. not to mention quite hurt.

    Why Margarito is dangerous.

    1. He's a very decent puncher.
    2. He's a very big opponent for most Welterweights let alone Manny Pac.
    3. He's durable.
    4. He's relentless.
    5. He has self belief.
    6. He can work the body and throws a good uppercut.

    He's an avoided opponent.

    He has a decent chance.
