When was the last time a ref deducted two points for pushing? how many times has this happened in the history of boxing? I personally do not find the referee having a huge outcome on the result of a fight as a positive.

It won't happen again when you have fighters like Ward, Mayweather etc who never fight abroad.

To be fair to Khan's camp, they have every right to question the disappearance of the scorecards

  9. Nor me usually, but if a fighter is fouling and is penalised by the referee, so be it.

That's what officials are there for in any sport, to prevent cheating.

    This.

As long as Amir gets the rematch, I'm happy.

You do make me laugh when you go off on one. This guy is a complete dick. Around 18 I’d say but without the calm authority of jPab/d. And as you say, he knows ****-all about boxing outside of his number 1 hero.

wtf are these nutsuckers going to do if Peterson beats him again, and before you say "that will not happen" you all said the same first time around.

Khan will still not be allowed to push Peterson the way he did or put him in headlocks next time because like it or not it is against the rules and he has made such an issue out of it the referee will be extremely aware and have to look strong.

also Peterson now knows Khan is basically useless up close so unless Khan learns to deal with the up close and personal style Peterson will bring even earlier the second time he will be in trouble again.

be careful what you wish for.......

I'm happy for Lamont. I really am... I mean that's a Hollywood story right there.

Did you know Amir also pushed and held the head down in the Maidana and Malignaggi fight? But he didn't get any points deducted there.

I think every fighter uses some kind of dirty tactics, the only difference is that Amir does it more blatantly.

If Amir loses in the rematch, it couldn't be against a more respectful fighter than Lamont.
