I've seen him a few times before - was never super duper impressed, but always ffound the nickname funny. And IIRC, his mom is damn loud too. You can hear her screaming crap at her son all around the arena.

It would be interesting to see what happens if his mothers still training him and in his corner if he is being badly beaten. Will his mom be able to compose herself when her little boy is losing or will she pull him out? It has worked with father and son relationships but who knows

On the last vid...dude gets rocked after throwing his body shot. I think if Hunter had more power he'd have dropped him.

I thought I remembered someone doing a study not long ago, and they actually found that fighters with family members as trainers were actually significantly MORE likely to suffer permanent damage because they won't throw in the towel.

Yo Brick...Always enjoy your insight. Have you seen or heard any buzz around a prospect from Cleveland named Julius Leegrand. Some of "my peeps" in my home-state told me to watch-out for this kid (there is not much video of him). Also what have you heard about another young fighter from Cleveland named Yaundale Evans...I remember seeing him on the Ohio Amateur Scene. He's now 10-0 as a pro.

Interesting, but how many of those family members have been mothers? I believe that would make a difference

Haven't heard of Leegrand, but I've liked what I've seen of Evans. Not necessarily a future world class guy, but it seems like he should be a real solid pro. Haven't seen him in a while, but he looked like a beast against Jason Rorie until he tired out late. He also has a nickname that makes me laugh when I hear it - Money Shot. It's like, dude, do you know what that actually means?

Probably very few. A lot of fathers though.

There was some kid in the UK who fought on a Sky undercard not long ago who was also trained by his mother. Can't remember who it was though. And then there was that one broad who ran into the ring and started attacking the other fighter with her shoe

Ive seen the one where the mother ran in the ring and attacked the other fighter with her shoe.
The guy that got attacked was on the verge of a stoppage at the time, and when order was restored, was told to box on after the other fighter had recovered, so he walked out of the ring and lost
