Maragrito was innocent he did nothing wrong even after the pac fight he was making cotto wilt but lucky for cotto he targeted the eye pacquaio beat to a bloody pulp

Depends if you think he was guilty or not. I personally think he was based on the facts ive seen/ heard about and read about. But im still sceptic either way tbh.

If he was guilty then yes he got what he deserved. I think he was overrated anyway. I cant believe some people actually think this guy could have beaten Mayweather

Whether he knew about the wraps or not, his record deserves an asterisk. I don't see how he couldn't have known though.

 

Hard to have much sympathy for Margarito after he was caught with plaster in his wraps against Mosley. The consequences for his opponents could have been fatal. Having seen 'Assault in the Ring', a documentary about Billy Collins' fight against Luis Resto, who used illegal and tampered gloves against Collins (removed the padding), no one should be under any illusions about what damage loaded gloves can do. It also puts into doubt some of those victories on Margarito's record, particularly that first fight against Cotto. Cotto's face was in a shocking state by the time the fight was stopped, and that is not surprising if plaster was used in Margarito's wraps. I am glad Margarito was caught and Cotto got some sort of revenge.

Give credit where credit is due. It was Mosley who demolished that cheat. He was never the same since. Pacquiao and Cotto were cleanup crew.
