Phenomenal match-up between two of the hardest punchers in the game. How do you see this one going?

Slightly Justin, he can always go to his wrestling, he has cardio and a solid chin. Can Conor take his punches considering Nate isn't powerful and he didn't like his shots.

I doubt Conor would agree to such a difficult fight.

I think Conor knocks him out. But Gaethje beats Khabib. Styles make fights.

I’d take Mcgregor to beat gaethje. Rather see gaethje vs khabib

Gaethje is the dark horse that can stiffen both Conor & Khabib.

I think Gaethje devastates Conor within the first rd. Conor hasn't proved he is elite against guys over 145 lbs yet. He struggled massively over 2 fights with Nate Diaz who is not elite. I personally think a lot of top 10 guys at 155 beat Conor these days infact I would pick the majority of them to beat him. Even though I thought Edson Barboza beat Felder, I would pick Paul Felder to stop Conor. He is much bigger, granite chin, tough as NAILS and won't quit. Conor would be in hell after his gas runs empty after 3 or 4 minutes.

Mopped the floor with Alvarez tho.
But then again, that was a long ass time ago now.
Hard to pick McGregor over anyone at this point.

That was 3 yrs ago now and Conor has been living a degenerate lifestyle in recent years. There is ????? over how well Conor will do against 155lbers who have a height/size advantage over him. He is very one dimensional with an ordinary ground game and zero gas tank and massive ?????? over his mentality in 2019.This is not the same Conor we all enjoyed watching on his run at 145 in the ufc.

Like I said: "But then again, that was a long ass time ago now."
Conor definitely isn't undersized at 155. The weight is perfect for him. He looked like a skeleton at 145.
But inactivity is a mother****er, and it will likely bite him in the ass. Everyone else has been competing against monsters, as the 155lb division is rich in MMA, while Conor sits idly on the sidelines.

Disagree. The Nate fights were at 170 where Conor is bloated and slowed down with too much muscle. At 155 he's leaner with much snappier and more explosive punches. He destroyed Alvarez and did better against Khabib than he's credited with by a lot of people.

Gaethje is looking better than ever. Conor is sitting out and sulking. Concerning styles, Conor could prob land his left straight a bunch. If Gaethje could stay standing, which he usually does, he'd just keep coming and making Conor work until he got tired. Reimagine those times Nate got Conor's back to the cage and unleashed a little flurry on his gloves except with Gaethje throwing leg kicks and uppercuts.

Gaethje could very well be the most exciting fighter in the division if not the entire UFC. I would rather see Conor take on Justin than rematch Khabib. The winner gets a title shot.

In their 2 fights both Conor and Nate were just 155 lbers who just didn't cut weight. And NO Conor did not do better than he is credited for against Khabib. He did nothing in that fight and was methodically destroyed and stopped. That fight was not competitive at all.

Yes I agree Conor destroyed and looked great against Alvarez which is now 3 yrs ago.
