Justis Huni’s next opponent?

Feels like the longer we wait for confirmation to more underwhelming it will be.

Someone who posts on here who has some connections to his camp said it is a good opponent. Well I think he said it would be a "good fight" and close to being announced but that feels like it was weeks ago he posted that.

There's a few rumours going around. Apparently there's a guy who fights out of East L.A named Lloyd Braun who's gaining serious momentum. Either him or a few others but from all accounts he's the one that will be taking on Huni.

No way huni fights anyone that good.

 

Agree, he’s 2 or 3 fights away from that level. But will get there.

Personally would love to see Huni up against Takam next, Takam is a very good gatekeeper. Kuzmin would be cool, or even Charles Martin could be an interesting test for Huni at this stage for him.

Although Lerena is a good fight whom Lerena has actually settled into HW quite well and beat some solid opponents considering the jump from CW.

 

All of those are solid shouts, I would say Lerena is as good as any mentioned. I just hope it's an opponent at that level not one miles below.

 

Tony Yoka is an ideal opponent for this stage of his career and gaining experience, and Huni would definitely beat him...
