Friday 4th: ~ 2x3 Skiprope ~ 2x3 Shadowboxing Set; ( 3 Minutes Each ) - Dumbell Punches ( 2Kg ) - Medicine side punches ( 4 Kg ) - Fixed shadowboxing - Tennis ball drill - Situps ~ 2x3 Punching bag ~ 1x3 Crunches ~ 1x3 Floor Plank Reps 5 Excercises x 10 Times x 2Kg Note: Regular session, tomorrow coach has planned an extra cardio session very heavy
Saturday 5th: ~ 2x3 Skiprope ~ 2x3 Shadowboxing Sets; x2 ( 1 Minute & 45 Seconds ) - Dumbell Punches - Medicine ball side punches - Medicine ball slam bag - Situps with 4 punches - Jab Cross only - Left Right Hooks only - Straights only - Small punchingbag on neck and run - Floor ladder drills - Jabs only ~ 1x3 Crunches ~ 1x3 Floor plank Set; - 10 Burpees - 9 Press ups - 8 Burpees ... - 1 Pushup Reps 2 Sets x 8 Excercises x 2Kg ~ 1x2 Medicine ball abs ~ 1x2 Floor plank ~ 3x3 Sparring Note: Extreme heavy**** .. was hell of a good session and killed us all.. still need to work harder and advance more
Mondays 7th: ~ 2x3 Skiprope ~ 3x3 Floor ladder footwork drills ~ 3x3 Cone footwork Drills ~ 3x3 Ladder drills with Amateur style ~ 2x3 Punching bag amateur style ~ 2x3 Amateur style shadowboxing with 1Kg ~ 1x3 Jab Cross with 1Kg Set; x3 ( 20 Seconds each ) - Burpees - Pushups - Single Leg Thrust Squats - Situps - Dumbell Punches Note: Pure footwork session, find footwork the hardest thing to train and must train harder for next saturday sparring
Tuesday 8th: ~ 3x3 Skiprope ~ 2x30s Crunches ~ 3x3 Shadowboxing ~ 3x3 Floor Ladder Drills with rope tied to legs ~ 1x3 Jab Cross with 1Kg weigh ~ 1x3 Shadowboxing on the spot ~ 1x3 Tennis reflex drill Set; x3 - 10 Burpees - 10 Pushups - 50 Crunches Note: Another footwork session with the rope tied to my legs to help me, getting better with the footwork and doing great
Friday 11th: ~ 3x3 Skiprope ~ 1x3 Situps ~ 3x3 Hooks on bag only ~ 3x3 Jab cross on bag only ~ 2x3 Pads ~ 2x3 Shadowboxing with weights ~ 1x3 Forward jabs only ~ 1x3 Situps ~ 1x3 Floor plank Note: Regular session since we have sparring at the other gym, was funny day tho
Saturday 12th: ~ 4x3 Sparring Note: Did much much better today and feel really good, was decisive and my footwork was flawless
Friday 18th: ~ 3x3 Skiprope ~ 3x1 Situps ~ 3x3 Shadowboxing ~ 5x3 Punching bag Set; ( x2 Reverse ) - 10 Burpees - 9 Burpees .. - 1 Burpee Set; ( x2 Reverse ) - 10 Pushups - 9 Pushups .. - Pushup Note: Collapsed during burpees since i haven't fully recovered from my sickness but had the heart to stand back up and finish it till the pushups
Saturday 19th: ( Don't remember what i did ) Note: Gonna only write the notes of my training from now on, training killed me especially the fitness
Monday 21st: Finally, got back to my spark and missed the guy i had before. Back on track with a good session, tomorrow sparring session
