Wednesday 10th April: Note: Pure beast today, did 2 sessions in a row. Dead turned and worked really heavy. Pads and running tomorrow morning.

Monday 17th: ~ 6x3 Shadowboxing ~ 6x1 Floor Plank ~ 4x3 Punching Bag ~ 4x1 Squat Position Set; - 16 Burpees - 15 Pushups - 14 Burpees - 13 Pushups ... - 1 Pushup ~ 200 Abwork completed this workout today was great seems great for conditioning to, really got the heart going!
aye i have to agree with you there i was looking forward to doing the press ups lol im gonna use that work out for days when i dont train at the boxing club so il be doing it 3 times a week.
Thursday 11th April: Note: Heavy**** morning. Ran with steve with a really nice pace & some shadowboxing, later went and did couple rounds with scott on pads & more shadow. Enjoyed it
