JWW just got exposed as the most overrated division in this past week

    Taylor a top 5 P4P fighter according to many robbed Catterall whos nothing special.

    Ramirez the #3 guy looked bad and just barely got by a shot Pedraza.

    I used to be high on Prograis but Im wondering if hes not that great now.

    I dont see Teo the weight bully doing that well going up but Im starting to think Tank might be able to clean out the division and I always thought Tank was overrated. One things for sure these guys at 140 are lucky that Bud and Spence are too big for the division now. Theyd run through all of em.

    I dont think Pedraza is shot at all. 140 is still a good division with alot of great matchups to be made.

    I think Prograis would beat Ramirez, but the top looks less elite now than before. Of course this was because Taylor was overrated due to him winning the WBSS. Regardless, the division is about to get interesting with Lopez there, Haney soon, R. Garcia soon, and M. Garcia hovering around it.

    Er. Twink just lost to a boulder-headed oompa loomp with the reach of baby kangaroo in his last fight in many people's eyes and he categorically would've had the biased ref not allowed him to hold and stiff-arm all night.

    Based on what I saw tonight, Ramirez and Pedraza look top level world fighters. Not P4P but I saw their class.

    How did Twink do against 5'8 and 70.5 inch reach Pedraza who just gave #3 Ramirez all he could handle? He obviously does better against bigger opponents.

    Josh Taylor himself was definetly a little overrated, but jr WW is a decent division that can give several good fights in the next couple of years.

    Let’s be clear, Taylor is not remotely overrated. He completed the division in around 17 fights, fighting people with a combined record of about 130-0. By all accounts he ballooned up in weight partying after being undisputed, even delaying the Catterall fight, and still looked bad on the scales making the massive weight cut. Catterall is very difficult to look good against and Josh had an off night for those reasons. Taylor beat everyone with only Prograis being close up until that point. If he regains his discipline (and maybe goes back to Shane Mcguigan) he’s still the best 140. But there are some damn good matchups to be bad should he stay at the weight.

    It's nowhere near the most overrated division… pedraza is a classy tricky operator, Most people knew he'd give Ramirez a close fight… Catterall again looks the goods, it doesn't necessarily mean the division is overrated.. Zepeda, Taylor, Ramirez, Prograis, Pedraza, Caterall etc.. looks a damn fine division to me..
