Kid got KTFO by some Korean dude in 1 min. It was a nice combo (right uppercut, left hook), both punches on the button. :shock: As expected, Masto TKO Kawajiri in the 2nd. Kawajiri got dropped a few times, then half way through the 2nd Masato is landing a lot of shots. Kawa was more or less out on his feet and the towel was thrown in. Don't understand why Kawajiri took this fight in the first place. atsch
I don't care if its Kickboxing, anybody who thinks Kid is the best Featherweight in MMA should be shot, in the top 5 should be castrated, in the top 10 should offer a very good explanation.
And thats at 135, him being top 5 at 135 is an almost impossible argument to make. Him being top 10 at 145 should basically disqualify anything that person has to say on anything.
Kid is ridiculously overrated. The dude just lost to a 1-0 Joe Warren. Lastly, I dont know why they do this MMA vs K-1 crap. MMA'ers just get stomped and embarassed 99% of the time. I cant believe people say Kid has good striking. Hes terrible.
Not forgetting the level of striking in K-1 is in a total different level to what you see in MMA. Kid losing again is bad for fight industry over there. Japan needs stars!!
Not a crime, but a "you are no longer a top 10 fighter" offense when combined with the last few years of his career.
