Cotto vacate and fight K-9 and Canelo and go for Floyd if you want or retire and the ignorant fake boxing fans STF and push for a better fight in GGG vs Froch, Quillin or Ward. If Pirog was active that could be a heck of a fight. Fake fans wants GGG vs Floyd , Pac or Cotto one a natural welterweight and the other two are blown up lightweights.

If this is indeed true, then boxing has become a mainstream
idiot's sport. How to become as undisputed champ in today's
boxing...............land a $$ fight with an injured "champ" and
win, so you can defend solely against fighters in lower weight
classes instead of fighters in your own weight class.
If fans are sick of this sh-t then boycott this fight, so when
HBO shows low ratings they won't let these fights happen

People should be angry at WBC, not Cotto, he is simply doing what they are allowing him to do. Same with WBA. They are just whack and greedy.

WBC should have set a deadline for Cotto's voluntary fight and force the winner to face GGG this summer. Instead we get this ****.

 

Cotto doesn't have to do what the WBC allows him to do. There's
no way a bundrage fight will make as much $$ as a GGG/Cotto
fight. Cotto has an obligation as a sportsman to defend against
the #1 guy at his weight class if he is to be considered the
champion in that division. Otherwise, he's just a businessman
like Floyd and not a fighter.
