Nope, it was stopped because of a cut caused in round 1 by an accidental headbutt and went to the cards.

 

That cut was the clincher in this fight.

 

The pressure on Khan to produce tonight was immense and he stepped upto the plate. If he keeps to the game plan he'll be hard to beat. The speed at which he could throw his punches and then return his hands to protect himself was blinding.

 

Good fight by Khan. I really hated seeing Barrera go through that, and I hope he hangs them up.

Couple things:

First guy that that hits Khan clean, is probably gonna knock him out. MAB hit him with two decent punches, and Khan was rattled by both of them.

Secondly, what's up with Khan throwing up his hands in the air after he gets hit, a la Pacquiao? That was strange...

 

congrats to khan. waaaaaaay to fast for marco. still, the fight should have been a nc and stopped by the ref in the 1st.

I wanted Khan to win but really that was a No Contest.

I don't hate Kahn. But that cut on Barrera was huge and he had too much blood in his eye. Even if Barrera would have lost, it would have been different. Stupid outcome.

 

Barrera should not be fighting at Lightwight , look at his conditioning, too flabby.

 

I would still pick Prescott to beat Khan again. Thats a fight I think Warren does not and will not make as it's a huge risk.
