Who cares about being famous...Froch just tells it how it is about young Amir. I rather watch Froch fight anyday and Khan has only just started grafting for his rep other then that he was relying on his AM and popularity.
Can is a good fighter but he has had hand picked oppoinents all the way up, why didnt he fight Murray for the British he has had it very easy, Froch on the other hand has avoided no-one.
The way he's talking there i get impression he's starting to fall back into his old habits...mindset is a big thing with him because he does allow his ego to rule his brain and that has cost him before and will again if he don't fix up.
I like Khan. Haven't seen this interview as i'm at work but i'll reserve judgement until I have. I will say that I hope this is just people on here making a mountain out of a molehill as I want him to start getting a bit of respect that he deserves. It seems however that he's said something daft again which is a shame as he's a really nice lad. I have spoke to him a few times now and every time he's been sound
Khan doesn't talk half the **** Froch does, Calzaghe would have stood Froch on his head if they had ever met.
Pug1list He could well have beaten him on points mate but Calzaghe NEVER stood anybody on his head post Mario Veit (Rematch) :good
:rofl Calzaghe would have beaten him easily. As for Khan, he did work his way up, unfortunately most of it was against smaller/old men or featherfisted men until he fought Prescott. There wasn't a good progression to prepare him for that fight. Khan is moving along much quicker than Froch did though, to his credit.
POW don't start now please. I'm not taking nothing away from Calzaghe i'm just saying, he wouldn't have stood Froch on his head AT ALL To me when somebody says 'He stood him on his head' I at least expect a knockout. It simply wouldn't have happened :good
It's a distinct possibility that he would have stopped Froch. Completely wrong style match for Froch.
