I dont think Khan says too much wrong here,I mean he's asked about the feud from the reporter.

He does always come across a bit dim tho,I find it hard taking Khan seriously.

Zico 2010 thinks Amir Khan should not be talking about himself in the third person.

love how this turned into a froch/calazaghe debate! has anyone noticed that froch has actually shown quite alot of respect towards calazaghe since its turned out that hes gonna stay retired! even voted for him on strictly! So if froch has moved on, cant we? Anyway i think Khans getting too cocky again, which is the original reason why he got so much flack in the first place imo

There's nothing wrong with what Khan is saying. Froch is the one who needs to STFU - slagging off fellow brit fighters purely out of jelousy.

i prefer the way froch worked his way up. took a little longer but on paper his route is my preference.

khan avoided ALOT of competition. Murray, Thaxton, 135 champs could have upset the gravy train.

khan did not avoid murray or thaxton, khans team offered both fights, hennessy demanded more money and khan/warren decided not to go ahead with it, simple as that, the fights were on the table

"I had to work my way up as well" :rofl
He can't possibly believe what he's saying. Worked his way up the same way as Hatton and Calzaghe, when he didn't even have to polish the silver platter himself.

Just for clarification, and to shore up your argument, who are the 40 year old journeymen that Khan is supposed to have faced?

The only guy Khan ducked (or was steered away from) was Thaxton - when they were mandatory for each other's titles.

Thaxton would have had him back then IMO.

Murray is just being used now as a stick to bash Khan with, which is unfair on them both.

Before Khan moved up to 140, Murray wasn't doing anything, struggling to beat al-Hamidi - and even now, barring Thaxton, his best wins are over guys that Khan (and Thaxton in some cases) had thrashed previously.

I'm neither here nor there with Khan to be honest, but this constant talk of him ducking Murray has gotten old.

When the video freezes at the end, check out the smarmy expression on Khans face. He's been spending too much time with uncle Frank and it's starting to rub off.

Khan is a nice man and the greatest boxer his family has ever produced.

thaxton is made to sound more then he is, i think khan would have blitz thaxton in 2007 (but i think he would have lost to murray by KO) thaxton was struggling badly against dave stewart and he was struggling for years prior to that against bums like lee meager ppl often look at the hatton fight and commend thaxton for his bravery some even go as far as saying it was his best performance (he was on the reciving end of a battering for 11 rounds)
that performance was nothing to be too proud of, he only managed to win 1 round and gave hatton a nasty cut in the same round for the next 11 rounds he was used more or less as a punch bag before losing to hatton he was KO'd by emanuel augustus. thaxtons a good man but he was no big time journeyman ppl give him credit for and as pitiful as khans chin is i still think he would have beat him
