http://www.boxingnews24.com/2010/01...-on-may-15th-judah-and-mayweather-after-that/ Not sure if this is reliable, its hard to believe anything at the moment
Don't believe it... there are also articles there of Khan vs Bradley, Campbell, Malignaggi but he is still in the mix for the Maidana fight... And rightly so! So I can make some easy vChash :good
Too many possible fights at the moment to be sure of anything and wayyyyyy to soon to be fighting Floyd
:verysad he turned down Maidana and Bradley what would make anyone think he's looking for a greater challenge than an aging fighter coming off of a terrible loss, Ricky Hatton is next
That website is a pile of horse **** mate, I wouldn't go there for your source of boxing news. Edit: Sorry Harvin Magler, I've read the same thing somewhere else. I personally think it's nothing to take seriously. Yes Judah is definately a possibility, but I fail to see how he can fight Mayweather before stepping in with Maidana, Bradley, Paulie etc. In fact, even the thought of him of facing Mayweather is ridiculous. Floyd will be long retired before Khan even comes close to reaching his peak
Roach will have his work cut out for him trying to beat Floyd with Pac. As far as with Kahn... well Kahn is 23 so maybe in 7 years when Kahn is about prime and Floyd is 40 that sounds about right.
In a year or 2 khan will beat floyd, he has become much better fighter under freddie and will have a great shot at beating floyd in 2 years.
"A fight against Marquezx is a breakthrough as he is one of the best and Mexico's No1 active fighter,..Once he wins against Marquez there is the possibility of a fight against Zab Judah - and then Mayweather Jr." -Richard Schafer Mayweather vs. Khan may never become reality, but it's definately a fight that Golden Boy wants to stage at some point in the future.
Better men have tried and failed. Khan never fights Floyd and if hell freezes over and it actually happens Floyd will cruise to an easy victory.
Although, on the face of it, Khan fighting Floyd seems ludicrous - is it? Floyd has spoken of his "dream" to fight in th UK - if Khan fights, and defeats, JMM and Judah, maybe this might give Floyd excuse enough to fight him. He was seriously considering fighting Matthew Hatton for God's sake! If it were to ever happen, obviously Floyd wins easily. More likely it'll never happen - although it does show that GBP have big plans for Khan.
