Maidana: Stop lying, Amir In response to Amir Khans comments stating that Marcos Maidana and his team are overpricing a possible fight between them next December 11, Maidana has this to say: Im focused 100% in my fight next Saturday against Demarcus Corley at the moment. But I still have some time to take a look at the news, so yesterday I read yet another lie from Amir Khan on the news and here is my answer. Khan is saying that we are overpricing the fight which is completely false since we didnt even start any negotiations with Golden Boy Promotions, whatsoever. I want the fight, thats it. But we never discussed any money figures for that bout to happen December 11″, Maidana said. Khan, the king of liars, is at it once again when it comes to talk about fighting me. He is trying to make boxing fans believe that Im overpricing myself when in reality that is an excuse from Khan not to face me, Maidana added. Gentlemen...... DISCUSS!!!!!!!!
Man, I did read that Con stated Maidana was asking for more then he has ever made. I wonder if GBP can clear this up. Seems like Con is lying again.
Damn who knew that just coming out and telling the truth was such an effective form of "crap talking". He is crushing people left and right!
Roaches fighters have a habit of lying nowadays, man he has let training manny turn him into a dirtbag an i used to respect roach.
TBH I think if Khan thinks Maidana is pricing himself out it's because somebody else has told him so. I doubt Khan has a lot to do with the business side of things, I think he's a bit thick and he is very young anyway.
Khan speaks too much and most of it manages to back fire on him pretty quickly. I think hes just a bit dumb and naive and believes every little bit of gossip, rumour or whisper he hears and just shouts his mouth off too quick before knowing anything. This kinda **** though is happening everywhere in the sport now with Pacman, Mayweather the Klitchkos and Haye the main ones right now. Even going back to prime Jones and Calzaghe where the argument still goes on about why they never met at their peak. How many fights are we all guna lose out on with money crap.
i can see khan outboxing this guy for 12 rounds and getting the decision..... khan has always chatted bull**** nothing new but i can't see anyone in his weight class being able 2 shut him up right about now!!
