Khan against Madaina, Alexander or Bradley are fights he needs to take. Some may think these fights are a bit risky for him. Hope it happens and think Khan might take this on points.
With Urango and Alexander unifying it would be nice to see Kahn and Bradley do the same and then the winners face off later this year, the winner of that would be a superstar and in line to fight big names around there weight class.
Warren says "Amir wants to fight in the States and that will happen. I'd like to see him in a unification fight as well. But before that, the WBA have ordered another mandatory defence against Argentinian KO King Marcos Maidana. Devon Alexander holds the WBC title, Tim Bradley the WBO and Juan Urango the IBF - all three are tough but winnable fights for Khan. With Paul Malignaggi, Juan Diaz, Maidana and Nate Campbell being linked to Amir, he won't struggle for fights in the next 12 months"
maligaggi is the best fight out there for him. becuz he doesnt punch very hard, there just stinging punches that make ur face red
Khan wide on points in a fight where he hits and moves, without getting to involved. We know Maidana has a high KO rate, but im not to familier with some of the people he has fought other than Ortiz & Kotelnik who he lost to. If Khan was still unbeaten, then id say Maidana by KO. Before Prescot, Khan got put down a couple of times before, and always got back up, which I think he always thought he would. Now hes tasted defeat, I think he'll always box with more caution against punchers now
Maidana will force the WBA, because he probably has a huge purse on offer, 25% of a big UK PPV bill. Perhaps Warren will give Maidana a fight on a Khan bill and a little step aside money to make Maidana sweet for a while. Or Maidana may stick to his guns. Who knows!?
i think Khan wins first part of fight, then Maidana starts filling the gaps. i have it pretty even at this point. khan the better boxer puncher, maidana pure slugger
Khan and very easily , dont get carried away with his last fight Ortiz is pretty average , and in his first step up quit when it got tough , seen Maidana against Kotelnik , and although it was close didnt pose much of a threat , Khan in 6.
