Nope, not at all, I think it's a horrible way for a fight to end. But you're just coming across as pure hatered. If you're trying to make an honest, down the middle, non-biased argument for Barerra you're failing massivley.
It must be tough for folks who were laughing at how easy MAB was going to KO Khan. I think its hard for them to come to terms how wrong the were, hence the conspiracy theories.
Mate, i dont like Amir Khan, but i was pretty sure he would win this fight... He is younger, quicker, bigger, fresher etc etc, all the odds were staked in his favour... You are correct, i am a Khan hater, but im not ignorant (even if my posts have come across that way) I love Boxing, and i think MAB deserved more.... I allowed to be a little pissed!!
****ing Brits..........bunch of opinionated assholes with napoleon syndrome and rotten teeth. How on earth can you morons call this a fair fight? There was nothing just about it. The fight should have been ruled a no contest due to the ax wound that kept blood flowing into both eyes.........not just one. Should there be a rematch, which im sure Kahn is terrified of, Barerra will drop him like his legs were cut off in the later rounds. Maybe even the early rounds. The fight was a farce and the cut changed the entire complexion of the event.
Err plenty of reasons, i was a fan at the Olympics but since then he has: Ducked and direspected his domestic rivals, pulled out of the purse bids for Thaxton, totally bipassed the British and European belts claimed he could beat Pacman and Diaz, Fought a series of blown up feathers, Managed by Frank Warren. What is there to like???
How's it a farce? Did Frank Warren pre-cut MAB WWE style before the fight, to make a terrible cut happen early, so they could stop the fight after the 4th? I mean, ****.. get real. I'll argue it should have been a NC earlier, but I understand why it wasn't. MAB had his chance, and he KNEW the rules as well.. but he still couldn't do ****.. he didn't exactly go out trying to win the rounds, because he couldn't. Khan was just too much for him.. cut or not, I think we see the same fight. Who knows what happens if Khan tires, but **** MAB ain't young either.. so who knows about him as well. It wasn't a BS win, it wasn't a farce, it was what it was. Kind of sucks the cut puts a grey cloud over the fight, but Khan did look sharp.. and his chin is still suspect, but he dominated even a faded MAB. That's something.
before the fight i fancied barrera,if they fought again i would put my money on khan but the point is if it was khan who got cut because of that clash of heads the fight would never of gone to the score cards and i think everybody knows that
The head clash was unfortunate but you're starting to sound like a real ***** now. Most British fans dont even rate Khan for the most part. even in his last fight against 1-7 Freudis Rojas he was badly cut.
Most of what yo say is related to Kahn's idea and judgment of how his career should go. His comments regarding Pac and Diaz mean nothing. Boxwers say **** like that all the time. And re: Warren, if that's a criterion, we'd all be hating on everyone ever promoted by Don King.
Keep in mind many people here thought that Tito was beatting Hopkins before getting stopped, and some of the people here felt that Margo vs Shane was a close fight at the time of the stoppage...So you have to take it with a gain of salt:hey
Barrera has made an excuse for every signle one of his losses, all the way from hsi first loss to Junior Jones. He also thought he beat pacquiao int he rematch, lol. Barrera is a sore loser and he lost fair and square
